Interested in a new education option but unsure how you will afford it? NH passed Education Freedom Accounts in 2021 which allows the state portion of education funding to follow the child!

Education Freedom Accounts (EFAs) empower families to find educational environments that work best for them. State education funds can be used for a variety of purposes, including school tuition, textbooks, technology, special education services, and other education-related expenses. The amount available averages approximately $4,600 per eligible child.

The current program is open to any families earning below 350% of the federal poverty line. Applications are accepted on a quarterly basis.
