NH Education Resources

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn in an environment that best suits their needs and allows them to live up to their full potential. Here in New Hampshire, we have several options that allow students to build a customized education that works for them.

Find out more info about these options and how your family can take advantage of them to create a personalized education:

Homeschooling

Choosing a home school method of learning may appear daunting at first, but New Hampshire has a large community of home school families and several groups.

Microschools

Microschools educate children in highly personalized environments that can be described as a 21st-century take on the one-room schoolhouse.

Private School

In NH, we have a number of great private schools that offer scholarships and tuition assistance to make it possible for all families.

Charter Schools

Charter schools operate independently of public school systems. New Hampshire has 31 public and tuition-free charter schools operating across the state.

Education Freedom Accounts

Education Freedom Accounts (EFAs) empower families to find educational environments that work best for them by offering up to $4,600 per eligible child.

Learn Everywhere

The Learn Everywhere program allows students to receive credit for education outside the classroom through providers approved by the state DOE.
